Microsoft Certifications Upgrade Path
If you have an MCSE  or MCSA on Windows Server 2003, you can upgrade to MCITP by passing  few.
Earn all three required MCTS on Windows Server 2008 certifications by successfully completing the upgrade exams

1- Upgrade from MCSA on Windows Server 2003 to MCTS Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure (both)
2- Upgrade from MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to MCITP Enterprise Administrator and Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 (both)
Upgrade from MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to MCITP Enterprise Administrator and Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 (both)
3- Upgrade from MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to MCITP Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008
