ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Administration (3062) PDF Print E-mail

Windows* desktop environments have become increasingly complex. Disparate hardware and operating system versions, frequent software and patch-update requirements, virus threats and traveling users place unprecedented burdens on IT staff and increase IT costs to unsustainable levels. Novell® ZENworks® Desktop Management reduces costs and eliminates IT effort through unique Policy-Driven Automation, which enables administrators to automatically and transparently configure, deploy, update, heal and migrate desktops from wherever they are—without having to visit each workstation. As a result, users are more productive, and administrators can centrally create and maintain a secure and stable IT environment to minimize risk and reduce vulnerabilities. Novell ZENworks Desktop Management uses Policy-Driven Automation to automatically maintain and enforce policies and dynamically manage and maintain resources based on user and device identities.
